About Us
MONCTON REIO is a group of real estate investors that meet once per month to learn about real estate and to network with professionals within the real estate industry.
Pre-COVID, we met monthly in person, and charged a yearly membership of $40. During COVID, we have moved our meetings to digital, via Zoom, free of charge. In our monthly meetings, we feature a speaker from various areas of real estate investing.

Sean Power, President
Sean Power was raised in Moncton, New Brunswick with grass routes in Newfoundland. Following his studies of business at St. Francis Xavier University, Sean began his professional career with ImageWear as their commercial sales manager. There he developed strong fundamental skills in customer service and sales organizational structure.
Sean gravitated towards the business of real estate when he acquired his first apartment building. He has purchased over 20 homes, either through his personal name or through one of his corporations, giving him personal experience to draw from. This enables him to help point out risks and benefits in all homes.
Sean worked with the largest commercial real estate firm in Atlantic Canada for several years, enabling him to learn directly from agents in the industry with 30+ years of experience. This gave him the ability to do extensive deals in all areas of commercial real estate: lease advisory and negotiations, sublet representation, tenant representation, landlord representation, office, industrial , retail, and multi-residential.
Sean is not only the President of the Moncton Real Estate Investing Organization, but he is the founder of PowerTeam. PowerTeam is a group of real estate professionals working under the umbrella of Creativ Realty. He is an active Realtor®, specializing in investment property deals.
Cameron Brioux, Vice President
Originally from Burlington, Ontario, Cameron came to the East Coast to study at St. Francis Xavier University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business. He fell in love with the community and the lifestyle the Maritimes offered. He moved to Moncton in 2012, and it has become home for him and his family.
After moving to Moncton, Cameron became involved in the Moncton Real Estate Investment Organization, where he is now the VP. During this time, he has helped other investors discover and analyze opportunities using a proven set of metrics. He has bought and sold residential and commercial properties and acted as a property manager, giving him a solid understanding of seeing ‘the deal’ from multiple perspectives.
Cameron has spent the majority of his career in a customer-focused, sales-driven organization in the construction industry, providing him with a keen eye for property details and opportunities. He relies on his experience in the field to help clients achieve winning results.
Cameron became a Realtor® in the fall of 2020 and joined Sean Power in the PowerTeam, a group of real estate professionals working under the Creativ Realty umbrella. He believes that integrity and fairness are the keys to building a strong real estate investment community. These core values and ties to the community has made him a huge asset to the PowerTeam.
